Why does the world betray the Holy Land again? A new crime against Israel.

Why does the world betray the Holy Land again? A new crime against Israel. By HUMPHREY H. PACHECKER – I feel sorry for the world.

Let’s review some history and why for thousands of years the world has discriminated against, condemned, and massacred the people of Israel:

The Holy Land is the geographical territory that includes all the sites in which biblical scenes took place in both the Old and New Testaments. The history of the Holy Land aims to satisfy spiritual need, fortify beliefs “gives an idea of the Hebrew people and summarizes the life and preaching of Jesus Christ”, and establishes the Holy Places. According to the definition of History as the teaching of life, the history of the Holy Land is based exclusively on the religious teaching of religion and the Holy Places including Israel to Palestine, especially the West Bank (Judea and Samaria). Lebanon. Egypt, territory of the chosen People’s stay for 400 years and later territory of the emergence of Christian monasticism. Iraq, ancient Chaldea, homeland of Abraham and later of many other biblical scenes. The history of the people of Israel, specifically Jerusalem, goes back more than three thousand [3000] of its existence.

“Ignorance kills people, which is why it is necessary to kill ignorance” J.M.

Universities in the United States and many countries around the world, including musical concerts and international celebrations, have become the best reflection of the tension that Israel’s war in Gaza generates throughout the world today.

With banners with slogans such as “Free Palestine” or “Stop the genocide”, hundreds of students and hundreds of civilians around the world have taken over educational campuses, the streets, and many public and private places in protest of the Israeli military offensive in Gaza. But what has Israel done to receive this global contempt, and who started this offensive Israeli military response in Gaza?

The Israeli military operation in Gaza began after the attack on October 7, 2023 by militants of the Hamas group that ended the lives of 1,200 people, women, men, children and the elderly, all dead, and the taking of 240 hostages.

Protests at American universities over the war in Gaza are not new; have happened with more or less intensity since Hamas’s ground incursion into Israel and the beginning of the Israeli offensive.

Followed closely by Democratic and Republican legislators on Capitol Hill, they have caused several officials from the main centers to appear before Congress. In January, in fact, the controversies arising from this conflict ended up costing the president of Harvard, Claudine Gay, her job.

Let’s look at some history: Syria attacked Israel several times, but was always defeated. When the king of Syria finally learned that his soldiers were losing because of Elisha’s prophetic power, he sent a large army to destroy the prophet. Syrian forces located Elisha at Dothan (verse 13) and surrounded the city so that he would not escape. The next morning Elisha’s servant, understanding the precarious situation they were in, said to his master: “What will we do?” (verse 15). Elisha asked the Lord for his servant to see that: “Those who are with us are more than those who are with them” (verse 16). The servant could see the hosts of the Lord who had been sent to protect them. (For other examples of the Lord’s hosts, see Joshua 5:13-15; History of the Church, 2:381-83.)

In ancient times, when an individual could not pay a debt, the creditor could take one of the debtor’s children as a servant to satisfy the obligation (see Leviticus 25:39-40). If a thief could not restore what he had stolen, he was sold to pay for what was stolen (see Exodus 22:3). Sometimes creditors took children and sold them into slavery to pay off a debt (see Nehemiah 5:5, 8). The custom of paying a debt through servitude was apparently practiced in Jesus’ day, for the Savior referred to it in one of his parables (see Matthew 18:25).

What gave rise to The Holocaust?, also known by its Hebrew term, Shoá (translated as “The Catastrophe”). This is the genocide carried out by the Nazi Germany regime against all the Jews of Europe during the course of World War II.

For the rest, was Adolph Hitler’s repeated anti-Semitic rhetoric in 1941. Does it have any similarity to today’s 2024? This anti-Semitic hatred was what encouraged the execution of the massacres, millions of Jews, which also had his direct approval. In this way, between 1941 and 1945, the Jewish population of Europe was systematically persecuted and murdered, in the largest genocide of the 20th century.

The Holocaust machine had a network of approximately 42,500 facilities across Europe to confine and kill its victims.  Jewish extermination had the direct participation of between 100,000 and 500,000 people for its planning and execution.

The systematic, state-sponsored killing of [6] six million Jewish men, women and children, and millions of others, perpetrated by Nazi Germany and its collaborators during World War II. The Germans called it “the final solution to the Jewish question.” Does it have any similarity with today’s 2024?

In the post-war period and in the 1950s there was no awareness of the fact of the Holocaust itself, not even the Catholic Church at first recognized this massacre of Jews.

The Jews were considered just another victim of the Second World War, so the Holocaust was little present in the public debate, and the Jews themselves did not try to introduce it. The survivors often wanted to speak, but they were not listened to much and the world ignored them. Does it have any similarity with today’s 2024?

The Second World War was probably the largest armed conflict in the history of humanity, where between 55 and 60 million people died as a result of the war actions that took place in its 6 years of duration.

Why are protests at American universities over the war in Gaza not new and why do they  ignore other real world crimes? For example here we have some:

The 2023 criminal war of Vladimir Putin Russia against Ukraine. 18% of Ukrainian territory is currently occupied by Russia. More than 6.4 million Ukrainians are refugees. It is difficult to calculate the number of civilians and military personnel injured or killed during the two years of war in Ukraine. ‘State Secrets’, according to Neil Melvin. In December 2023, a declassified US intelligence report listed 315,000 soldiers wounded or killed on the Russian side.

The ‘New York Times’ revealed in August 2023 that 70,000 Ukrainian soldiers had been killed and between 100,000 and 120,000 had been wounded, according to estimates by US officials. Russian losses would be greater: 120,000 Russian soldiers would have died between the start of the war and August 2023 and between 170,000 and 180,000 would have been wounded.

Starting in 2014, the Chinese government, under the administration of Chinese Communist Party (CCP) General Secretary Xi Jinping, imprisoned more than one million Turkish Muslims without any legal process in internment camps with thousands dead. Operations from 2016 to 2021 were headed by Xinjiang CCP Secretary Chen Quanguo.

In 2015, two years after the start of the conflict in Syria, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the start of military operations in the country in support of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and against ISIS.

During the long conflict, Russia and the United States have accused each other of killing hundreds of thousands of civilians during their operations against ISIS, carried out largely through their air forces and special troops.

Starting in 2016, and thanks to the assistance of Russia, the Syrian Government began to recapture territories in the hands of rebels and opponents, including the city of Aleppo, murdering thousands of civilians with chemical weapons banned worldwide.

According to the latest UN estimates, at least 306,887 people have died in the conflict.

There are also 6.8 million internally displaced people and 5.2 million Syrian refugees in nearby countries, with Turkey alone hosting 62.3%, according to the UN with data up to August 2023.

Why right now? Hamas entered Israel on October 7 following a massive criminal surprise missile attack on all of southern Israel, around 2,000 heavily armed Hamas members entered Israeli territory and stormed military bases and a police station before seizing around 15 civilian localities, mainly kibbutz, around the Gaza Strip.

Recent history we know that more than 5,000 Israeli civilians have been killed in terrorist attacks in Israel over the past decades, data from the National Insurance Institute shows. A total of 5,100 Israeli civilians and foreign nationals have been killed as a result of terrorist attacks including from Hamas, data from Israel’s National Insurance Institute shows. Among these murdered civilians is a relative of our, a daughter of my sister-in-law’s- sister of my wife, Teresita De Jesús, this relative named Karen Mosquera, who had come to Israel from her native Guayaquil, Ecuador with a dream. The 22-year-old girl was studying religious studies at an institute in Jerusalem to convert to Judaism. But one day as soon as she got off a train to go to class, she was murdered – run over by a young 21-year-old Palestinian terrorist. The Israeli authorities described the event as a “terrorist act”, which also cost the life of a six-month-old baby and left six seriously injured.

Years after the attack on the Israeli Embassy in Argentina, we remember the victims of the terrorist attack perpetrated on March 17, 1992, which caused 29 deaths, more than 200 injured and the complete destruction of the Embassy and Consulate headquarters, located on Arroyo Street in the City of Buenos Aires.

Why Iran attacked Israel the rivalry between the two countries. Tension between two old rivals in the Middle East reached its peak when, for the first time in history, Iran directly attacked Israel now in 2024.

The attacks are continuous against the people of Israel, these attacks do not stop and the world protests against Israel and its obligation and total right to defend itself and its people. We remember the 1,400 people on that fateful day, the Islamist group Hamas launched an attack unprecedented against Israel, they kill killing some 1,400 people and kidnapping more than 240, according to Israeli authorities and everyone knows.

Return to the War of 1948 was the culmination of 30 years of friction between Jews and Arabs during the period of British rule of Palestine when, under the terms of the mandate of the British-held United Nations League, the conditions intended to lead to the creation of a Jewish nation The National Home was created in the area.

Zionism was formed in Europe as the national movement of the Jewish people. He sought to reestablish Jewish statehood in the ancient homeland. The first wave of Zionist immigration, called the First Aliyah, lasted from 1882 to 1903.

Some 30,000 Jews, mostly from the Russian Empire, arrived in Ottoman Palestine. They were driven both by the Zionist idea and by the criminal wave of anti-Semitism in Europe, especially in the Russian Empire, which came in the form of brutal pogroms.

They wanted to establish Jewish agricultural settlements and a Jewish majority in the land that would allow them to gain statehood.

In the early 20th century, the Jewish population of Ottoman Palestine faced very little violence in the form of feuds and conflicts over land and resources with their Arab neighbors. Ottoman authorities often supported Jewish settlers in land and settlement disputes. Between 1909 and 1914, this changed, when Arabs killed 12 Jewish settlement guards and Arab nationalism and opposition to the Zionist enterprise increased.

The main question that the world must always remember is: Who and when was Jerusalem founded? And the role of Jerusalem in history.

Jerusalem is one of the oldest cities in the world. The first settlements date back to 5,000 BC. BC and its history is linked to three of the great religious beliefs: Judaism, Christianity and Islam.

Scholars believe that the first human settlements in Jerusalem took place during the Early Bronze Age, around 3,500 BC. C. In the year 1000 BC. C., King David conquered Jerusalem and made it the capital of the Jewish kingdom. His son, Solomon, built the first sacred temple about 40 years later.
