The American International Court of Arbitration and Commission for Human Rights Centre for Expertise [AICAC-HR-CE]. Is a service Centre to perform the one following function in connection with the spread of China – COVID-19 in United States.
Hundreds of thousands of deaths in the United States, millions sick, millions of deceased and sick throughout the world. Negative social and economic outcomes, including world market crash, high rates of unemployment, falling household income, rising prices, disrupted student learning, suicides, hunger and extreme misery.
This investigation headed by lawyer professor Juris Doctor- Humphrey Humberto Pachecker raises a single question:
Did China Deliberately Spread The Coronavirus?
Pachecker is based on his hypothesis made from data that serves as the basis for initiating an investigation that this killer virus was created and came from a lab, very safe to say from the lab in Wuhan, and the lab is controlled by the China government.
This AICAC-HR-CE is calling to gather expert witnesses, particularly in common law share opinion on this matter by virtue of education, training, certification, skills or experience.
The AICAC-HR-CE may consider the witness’s specialized as scientific, technical or others, with opinion about evidence or about facts to be presented before the court within the expert’s area of expertise, and it will be referred to as an “expert opinion”.
In general, expert witnesses are called upon in the court system to serve as an objective party to the lawsuit and never function as an advocate for one side or the other. Expert witnesses, also are present in litigation to explain complicated scientific issues.
The main responsibilities of these expert witnesses are to evaluate potential problems on this matter, defects, omission, errors, deficiencies. And they could be called to testify under the assumption that all the preparation required for a competent evaluation of the process has been made.
These experts have a great responsibility, and especially in this matter. The use of expert witnesses maybe criticized in the USA because historically they maybe used by both sides to advocate differing positions, however this is not the case from AICAC-HR-CE Expert Witnesses. These AICAC-HR-CE Experts are legally prohibited from expressing their opinion of submitted evidence until after they are hired. AICAC-HR-CE Witnesses’ testimony will be favorable to the victims regardless of any basis submitted by other parties.
